Shipping Policy
We ship daily, Monday through Friday, and it is our intent to fill your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Timely fulfillment of your order is subject to product availability and credit card authorization. Generally, orders should be received within 5 business days. Guaranteed next business day and two day delivery service is available for an additional fee. Please contact us if you desire these alternate shipping services. Currently, we do not ship to addresses outside the United States and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground or DHL Express.
Every effort is made to display only merchandise that is immediately available for shipment. If we happen to be out of stock of an item you ordered, please expect that we will contact you via email about your order. A response will be required within 5 business days to avoid cancellation of your order. No product substitutions will be made without your prior authorization. Your credit card will be charged for only those items shipped.

Return Policy
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item you ordered from the UCM Alumni Store does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Clearance merchandise is not returnable. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging along with the original packing slip. Unfortunately, shipping charges for returned item(s) are not refundable unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order. Shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.
We recommend that returns be made via UPS, FedEx Ground or DHL Express because of the ability to track the return and the inclusion of $100 insurance in their rates. When returns are made via the US Postal Service, we recommend that you insure the package.
Please be advised that charges and credits will appear on your credit card statement as University Store Warrensburg. University Store is responsible for processing credit card transactions on behalf of UCM Alumni Store.
